The Daughters of St. Anne were founded by Blessed Rosa Gattorno in 1866 in Piacenza, Italy. Inspired by deep faith and compassion, the congregation is dedicated to the service of the poor, the sick, and the marginalized. Our charism centers on humility, charity, and total trust in God’s providence.
Blessed Rosa Gattorno devoted her life to spreading the love of Christ through active service. Her vision continues to inspire the Sisters today, guiding them in their work of faith and mercy across the world.
Guided by the example of St. Anne and the teachings of Blessed Rosa Gattorno, our mission is to embody Christ’s love through education, healthcare, and pastoral care. We strive to be instruments of peace and hope wherever we are called to serve.
Today, the Daughters of St. Anne serve in numerous countries around the world—bringing light and compassion to communities in need through schools, hospitals, and parish work.
